Purpose: This study examines sustainable innovation management as it applies to business enterprises in the digital era. It argue that innovation management extends beyond internal organizational capabilities and is closely linked to the management of external relationships, including regulatory and social governance, value chains, and socio-technical systems. The study further explores how sustainable innovation is integrated with corporate strategy and emphasizes that sustainable business transformation is a co-evolutionary process involving firms, institutions, infrastructure, and consumer practices. It examines the environmental, social, economic, and technological dimensions of sustainability while drawing illustrative examples from current industry practices to explain how organizations can implement sustainable business models. Findings: The study finds that sustainable innovation is a key driver of long-term organizational competitiveness and resilience. Successful sustainable business practices require strategic partnerships, continuous innovation, agile leadership, employee participation, technological advancement, and the integration of environmental, social, and economic sustainability objectives. Digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain significantly enhance resource efficiency, transparency, and decision-making, enabling organizations to achieve sustainable growth while responding effectively to changing market and regulatory conditions. Practical Implications: The findings provide practical guidance for managers and policymakers seeking to strengthen sustainable business performance. Organizations should establish clear sustainability goals, foster a culture of innovation, leverage digital technologies, develop collaborative partnerships across value chains, and integrate sustainability into strategic decision-making. Such practices can improve operational efficiency, enhance stakeholder trust, strengthen competitive advantage, and support long-term business resilience.
